We do not collect special category data through these channels, and we ask that you do not submit sensitive information – including health details or information about another person via – public forms, social media, or general enquiries. 

However, we may collect limited health information from volunteers where it is necessary to ensure their safety during programme activities. This information is treated as special category data and will only be shared with our Tanzanian partner organisation with the volunteer’s explicit consent, and only where required for safeguarding or wellbeing.

– Process volunteer applications 

– Manage Gift Aid declarations 

– Maintain charity records

We do not share personal data with external organisations, except Community Wellbeing Organisation in Tanzania for the purposes of facilitating safe volunteering placements
